General Description
Fonta Extra is a Confectionery Fat derived from fully refined, bleached, deodorized, and hydrogenated fat of palm kernel oil origin.
Application
Fonta Extra is tailored for use in coating and cream centre for biscuits, wafers, crackers, nuts, and nougats. They are also used in the production of caramel, toffee, and chocolate vermicelli.
